  Returns                                                   
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.   
   
  How to Initiate a Return                                               
  • Email us at support@re3u.com with your order number and reason for
  return.                                                                
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
                                                                         
  Refunds                                                   
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be
   processed within 5–7 business days.                      
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.                                 
   
  Damaged or Defective Products                                          
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48
  hours of delivery with photos.                                         
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
