How to use
Three steps, once or twice a week
Apply directly to the scalp
Part dry hair into sections and apply directly to the scalp, focusing on the scalp rather than the length of hair.
Massage gently
Use your fingertips to massage in small circular movements for two to three minutes. If your scalp is flaky or sensitive, be gentle and avoid scratching or lifting flakes.
Leave it, then wash
Leave on for at least 30 minutes, overnight is preferable, then shampoo thoroughly as usual.
